CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Deposits are non refundable. - A valid credit card is required at booking to secure your appointment. - Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service price. - No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost. - We understand emergencies happen—please reach out as soon as possible for any exceptions.
