CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Deposits are non refundable. - A valid credit card is required at booking to secure your appointment. -It’s important to get rescheduled within the following 24 hours of your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. - Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service price. - No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service cost. - We understand emergencies happen—please reach out as soon as possible for any exceptions. - If a last minute cancellation or no show happens twice, 100% of the service cost will be charged. -All product sales are final, if you need to make an even swap with another product that is possible.
